She married Archibald Galbraith on 28 December 1888 in 12 Murdieston Street, Greenock, Renfrewshire, Scotland. She died on 21 May 1947 in 14 Glasgow Street, Millport, Cumbrae, Bute, Scotland, at age 86.

     Catherine Cowan was baptized on 11 March 1836 in Ballantrae, Ayrshire, Scotland. She was the daughter of James Cowan and Elizabeth Morrison. She married William Gordon, son of John Gordon and Janet Marshall, on 7 March 1862 in Ravenswood Cottage, Cove, Roseneath, Dunbartonshire, Scotland. She died on 22 August 1906 in Ury Bank, Cove, Roseneath, Dunbartonshire, Scotland, at age 70.

     William Marshall Gordon was born on 1 June 1870 in Ury Bank, Cove, Roseneath, Dunbartonshire, Scotland. He was the son of William Gordon and Catherine Cowan. He married Mary Strachan, daughter of Alexander Strachan and Marion Davidson, on 12 December 1901 in County Hotel, Lothian Road, Edinburgh, Scotland. He died on 20 October 1947 in Ury Bank, Cove, Roseneath, Dunbartonshire, Scotland, at age 77.

     James Cowan Gordon was born on 1 June 1870 in Ury Bank, Cove, Roseneath, Dunbartonshire, Scotland. He was the son of William Gordon and Catherine Cowan. He married Catherine Wood Ferguson, daughter of Colin Ferguson and Grace McDougall, on 8 June 1899 in Millport, Cumbrae, Bute, Scotland. He married Matilda Alexander, daughter of Robertson Alexander and Helen Kernahan, on 18 November 1915 in Bath Hotel, Glasgow, Scotland. He died on 2 December 1943 in Ury Bank, Cove, Roseneath, Dunbartonshire, Scotland, at age 73.
