     Peter Saunders Burness was born on 21 September 1859 in 1 Bakers Wynd, Arbroath, Angus, Scotland. He was the son of Peter Saunders Burness and Mary Whitecross. He married Margaret Walker, daughter of James Walker and Mary Milne, on 10 June 1887 in 87 Brunswick Street, Edinburgh, Scotland. He married Agnes Leithead, daughter of Thomas Leithead and Isabella Gibson, on 20 December 1912 in Newbyth, Whitekirk, Haddingtonshire, Scotland. He married Euphemia Dick, daughter of William Dick and Jessie Valentine, on 14 February 1941 in Registrar's Office, Edinburgh, Scotland. He died on 8 November 1951 in Ivanlea, Polton, Lasswade, Midlothian, Scotland, at age 92.

     David Carr Burnes was born on 28 August 1863 in 20 North Broadford, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. He was the son of Alexander Burnes and Helen Carr. He died on 14 April 1868 in 158 Hutcheon Street, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, at age 4.

     Douglas Inglis Scott Burnes was born on 2 April 1871 in 65 High Street, Montrose, Angus, Scotland. He was the son of Adam Burnes and Mary Jane Hatton. He married Naomi Wilkinson. He died on 17 July 1930 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, at age 59.

     Robert Burns was born on 20 October 1861 in New Zealand. He was the son of Arthur John Burns and Sarah Scott Dickson. He married Mary Barr Raynbird in Australia. He died on 15 May 1899 at age 37.
