     Lauchlan Taylor was born circa 1849 in Fordyce, Banffshire, Scotland.2 He married Mary Davidson, daughter of Charles Davidson and Helen Palmer, on 19 December 1879 in Nether Dallachy, Bellie, Banffshire, Scotland.1,3 He died on 11 February 1926 in Nether Dallachy, Bellie, Moray, Scotland.3
